G-RT intelligent cable integrated detector is a path detection instrument with strong comprehensive performance. It has many functions, such as pipeline path detection and cable identification. The instrument is composed of transmitter, transmitting current clamp,receiver, receiving flexible current clamp, connecting test line,stethoscope and so on.
Pipeline path detection can be used for path detection, pipeline survey and depth measurement under trenchless excavation. The instrument uses a variety of filtering technologies, has certain antiinterference ability, and can accurately locate and depth. It is suitable for the detection and patrol of various underground metal pipelines,pipeline management and maintenance, municipal planning and construction, power supply and other departments, etc. It is one of the necessary instruments for pipeline maintenance units. This function is realized by the signal transmitter, receiver, signal transmitting clamp and connecting test line. The instrument has the following characteristics:
1. Multiple detection modes: classic positioning mode, wire cruise mode, signal curve mode;
2. Classic positioning mode: compass, direction and signal amplitude display, visually display the left and right direction of the pipeline.

Cable identification is designed for power cable engineers and cable workers to solve the technical problems of cable identification.Can be used to identify live cables and blackout cables. The user accurately identifies one of the target cables from multiple cables through the instrument to avoid missawing live cables. When cable identification, 10 cables can be pre-calibration at the transmitting end, and then received at the far end, which greatly saves the calibration time
of engineering personnel and improves the work efficiency. Cable identification success hit, non-target cable hit, can quickly and automatically identify the target cable. This function is realized by the signal transmitter, receiver, signal transmitter clamp, connecting test line, flexible caliper and stethoscope. The stethoscope can be used when
the calipers are inconvenient.
Signal transmitter: used for pipeline path detection and cable identification. The device can add identification signals to the target cable through direct connection output, caliper coupling,induction method and other on. There are 12 different pulse signals such as 577Hz, 1280Hz, 3kHz, 8.19 kHz and 201 kHz. The maximum signal output power is 10W, and 10 levels are adjustable, which is adapted to different application environments, making the pipeline detection and cable identification more accurate and reliable.
Instrument built-in large function rate can be charged with lithium battery, automatic impedance matching, automatic protection. The transmitter adopts the integrated special toolbox type design, its box can withstand the pressure of about 200kg, the host 5.4, inch color L LCD display, real-time dynamic display signal output status and battery usage..20
Emission clamp: suitable for caliper coupling method. The transmitting clamp couples the signal from the transmitter to the target cable, the jaw size is Φ150mm, the transmitting clamp is directional,and the emission signal flows from the arrow on the transmitting clamp.
Receiver: used for pipeline path detection and cable identification. Multiple shielding 3D antennas, which can effectively identify 12 different pulse-encoded current signals, including 577Hz, 1,280 Hz,3.20kHz, 8.19 kHz and 201kHz generated by the transmitter, and also identify power frequency signals of 50Hz and 250Hz and radio frequency signals with center frequency of 33kHz and 82 kHz. Use a 3.5-inch color LCD screen, real-time dynamic display of the 360° omnidirectional
pipeline path indication, depth, current, and pipeline relative position.
Flexible current clamp: used for cable identification. The current clamp is a Roche coil and has excellent transient tracking energy
Force, can quickly identify the pulse width frequency signal generated by the transmitter, suitable for thick cable or irregularly shaped conductor.
The inner diameter of the jaw is about 200mm, can clamp Φ200mm below the cable, do not need to disconnect the tested line, non-connected,touch measurement, safe and fast.
Stethoscopes: used for cable identification. Similar to the shape of the mouse, it can quickly recognize the current signal in the transmitter or cable. The arc sensor is designed to fully fit the surface of the cable. With the transmitter and receiver of this product, it can realize most of the functions of the flexible current clamp, and can replace the flexible
current clamp for cable identification in most occasions. When using, the stethoscope can be pressed close to the measured cable along the cable direction, which is extremely suitable for some occasions where it is not easy to use the current clamp to ring the cable test.
Special note: When power outage cable identification: no access to the live cable. Live cable identification is only applicable to threecore armored cable. When identifying, the transmitting clamp and the receiving clamp can not be mixed, and the input signal direction should be guaranteed unanimous.
