This instrument is based on a single chip microcomputer and integrates interdisciplinary technologies such as optics, mechanics, electronics, and chemistry. It basically completely replaces manual operation, which improves work efficiency and reduces the labor intensity of operators, minimizing the harm of organic solvents and other chemicals to human health.
****The fully automatic acid value tester adopts the principle of neutralization method. At room temperature, the microcomputer control automatically completes the addition, stirring, titration, and endpoint determination. Using a touch LCD screen to select all working parameters, the human-machine dialogue interface is simple and friendly, easy to operate, and the average oil sample analysis cycle is about 2 minutes. It can display 100 sets of measurement results separately and print out multiple parameters related to the measurement.
Special reagent bottles are used to contain the extraction solution and neutralization solution. The extraction solution is stored in hard plastic containers. The neutralization solution is stored in polyethylene plastic bottles, completely avoiding the possibility of reaction between caustic potassium and glass. In addition, we have independently developed a neutralizing liquid equilibrium gas purification device, which completely avoids the influence of carbon dioxide and water vapor on the concentration of the neutralizing liquid. During the working process, users do not need to touch organic solvents with their hands, reducing the harm of chemicals to human health.
