Overview

The trace residual carbon analyzer is designed and manufactured according to the experimental method of the national standard GB-T17144-1997 “Determination of Carbon Residues in Petroleum Products (Micro Method)”. This instrument is suitable for trace determination of residual carbon in petroleum products.

Instrument structure and characteristics

A. Instrument structure
The trace residual carbon analyzer consists of three parts, including a heating system for the coke oven, a nitrogen blowing system, and a color touch screen human-machine interaction system.
The instrument comes with a 7-inch color touch screen, which can display the temperature curve of the focusing box in real time. Users can self check various parts of the system and calculate and store test results. It adopts an embedded system design, and users can view historical data.
B. The system has the following characteristics:

2. Adopting embedded system design, automatic temperature control throughout the entire test process, setting multiple automatic prompts according to the program, and automatic fault alarm;
